I've finally got a name for 'horse'. @AleteMyste suggested I should ask Caïre to just talk to her and ask her if she already had a name. She does, and Caïre tells me that it could be translated as "sunbeam" or "the shining one". That's why I've decided to call her Inara, which has a similar meaning.
