This is my take on Marian Michaels, stage name Madame B-Fly. Here she is performing with the pop/hip hop act Cara and Mel, collectively known as Caramel (think Mel and Kim or Salt and Pepa) and the band Dogstar Swing. She's the one who picks up the girl in the sunglasses (see black and white pic).
The original Marion Michaels was created by Gary Friedrich, Ross Andru and Mike Esposito (possibly John Celardo and Rich Buckler). First appearing in Hell-Rider #1 in August 1971, published by Skywald, she was a Las Vegas cabaret singer by night and the crime fighter Butterfly even later in the night. She has the distinction of being the first African American superheroine in comics. Her bio is on pdsh.fandom.com
