A Dark Night

I wish I could slay the beasts of this dreadful feeling of loneliness. I want to dance among the stars with nothing holding me back. I wish I could be up there with you, my love. This world is nothing without you. I remain alone, with no one by my side. I want you back, I do. I think of you all the time. I just can't give up, I won't give up. You told me to live on. So, I will survive for us both. I'll keep moving forward. No matter what happens. Even if it's not meant to be, I'll always have hope that we might meet again someday. Even if its in your new re-carnation, or if its in the clouds. I will wait for you, wishing you will come on a horse from the horizon so far away. My heart will never continue unless its for you. You were the only person I ever wanted and now I need you more than ever. Please don't leave me alone here in this cruel world.
