Part 8:

After much needed sleep, the sisters awoke in a better mood. Staying in this unknown castle with a stranger was uncomfortable, but they made it through the night, and that was all that mattered.

The figure was waiting for them outside the bedroom. Shrouded in shadow, the sisters still couldn't get a good look at his face, but his voice sounded nicer this day. He informed them that the storm was continuing to rage outside, but that they'd be more than welcome to stay in the castle for however long they needed. He even offered to show the ladies around the castle, telling them the "others" would like to meet them.

The sisters, more trusting and still with no options, accepted his offer. Rose paid no mind to the mention of "others", but Scarlette had noticed. Still, this figure seemed friendly so far, so although skeptical, she and her sister would follow the figure again...
