DISCLAIMER: Original prompt by me. Inspired by my neon dance series and used @TwistedpapaFree 's LoRA. Every similarity to other people's picture is the doing of the AI! I don't think that I reinvented the wheel with this picture. If there is a starting image, chances are above 90% that is also original mine, probably made in a different model using the same or very similar prompt (with rare exceptions).
