Oh I know why I didn't get the "@" tag notice... If you tag at the time you first publish, then I'll get a notice about tags in the description... But if it's already published and you edit the description.... Even if you unpublish and re-publish, I don't think edits give any notification. Also, if a creation ISN'T published, I won't get the notice about description either. Best way to actually get my attention is to put the tag in a comment and that works whether it's published or not. Lol.
