Mechanics:
The Director has control over parts of the environment, able to lock doors remotely or shift the layout of hallways to trap you.
It can summon ghostly images of previous victims (other workers) who chase or distract the player, forcing you to constantly stay on the move.
If your sanity drops too low while in its presence, your vision will distort, causing you to become disoriented and easier to catch.
Jumpscare: The Director suddenly appears in front of you, tapping its golden pen against your chest.
