They are a local...issue.
They go everywhere together, whine incessantly, and can never decide on an entrée at a restaurant.
I suppose they're local flavor, but it's a bad flavor.
So, the one up front? He's considered the brains of the operation. He spends every waking hour calling into local radio shows and hissing about Eurovision Song Contestants.
They're Americans. Americans don't see the Eurovision competition. He doesn't see the Eurovision competition. He just listens to podcasts describing the contestants.
And the radio shows he calls? They're COOKING PROGRAMS!
As an aside, cooking shows on the radio are beside the point.

You can tell he’s the brains because he’s keeping his feet up and letting his brother do all the peddling.
There's some ecological message here Eco-virtue messaging in the bike, but brains at the front is free riding through that wierd weather flood!
Life is complicated. They should be forgiven. And locked up.
