Feeling frustrated as I wanted a moth fluttering around a single lit candle not moths (as in plural) above the window. I didn't want stars or whatever all over either. And what's those little squares on the windowsill supposed to be? I know, I know. I always expect to run before I've even mastered crawling.

AI-Art can be very frustrating if you have something fairly specific in mind. Sometimes it is relatively little things that the AI adds or doesn't add or whatever - sometimes it is major things. Moving things around in the prompt and/or adding or removing phrases can help, and sometimes it just takes a few different seeds before you get what you want. Evolving can help too, which it looks like you did here. Even then it can be hit or miss. But even doing all this there are times it seems like no matter what you do you don't get any closer to what you wanted.
Over time I have taken to having less specific results in mind and being open to what the AI gives me.
