For a cloak and dagger you’ll need one of the big Pro engines. Ideogram should do it. Flux Ultra and Imagen too. Oh and D3. SDXL is gonna struggle yeah. 

Out of curiosity I wanted to see if the AI here could generate cloak and dagger (It cant) what it did do however was crank out a privative version of what you see here. With a bit of tinkering I think this turned out good.
