For the iconic "Earthrise" photo, William Anders used a Hasselblad 500 EL camera with a 250mm telephoto lens. He initially used black and white film, then switched to color film (Kodak Ektachrome). The camera was modified with a 70mm film back.
Non-PRO models insisted on the full closed helmet, and the seat orientation is wrong.
