Ill bet an air fryer would work. My friend cooked a porter house in the air fryer . He said it was amazing. 

🤣 I did a huge mistake, bought the smallest air fryer as it was affordable and small! 

But now I realized it it was a very bad idea. Consumes a lot of energy and time to cook anything. 

Sometimes, I'm doing something like a tortilla but will chickpeas flour.
