I am happy that you connect with him.  I am regularly surprised how few people under fifty hold any significant sense of him.  Such a shame!

If you open the image to full size in its own tab, you can see that it did follow 'somewhat' the guidance for his eyes, albeit in a hazel sort of way.

Given that the shadows around his eyes were part of what I intended, I paused with this one for a while, although I have a couple of reservations regarding the result.

The YX-81 Jart was developed as a complimentary fighter craft to the YX-79 Javelin. While the Javelin was designed to push the envelope of human endurance, and reach the front lines of combat at an extreme velocity while remaining incredibly agile and capable, supporting a fairly impressive weapons loadout, the Jart was made to be a second string fighter. The Javelins would enter the fray being launched from electromagnetic catapults, the Jarts launching from the space stations many launch tubes right behind them. As the Javelins completed their first passes through enemy lines, and began to circle back, the Jarts would enter the fray, and begin selectively targeting the enemy and herding them into the line of the returning Javelins and its devastating weaponry, working together like a well oiled machine.

Winning entries clearly show a bias for high polish and posh, as if to present something serious and realistic. I regret to say that I cannot take AI "art" serious in any way, I find the notion more than absurd, but it IS entertaining to fiddle with prompts to get funny images.
So there you have it. The fact that you hate this is a show of misunderstanding on your part, and taking yourself and the challenges too serious too.
