Thank you all for participating in my challenge. Congrats to the winners. All were great examples of strong and powerful women. But I need to say something here as a personal confession. I realized that this challenge may be too broad. There are so many kinds of strength. Adam's Barbarian (I know Adam, so I can pick on him) is certainly a great example of physical power. But Spellbindet's camp survivors disturbed me. As someone who had family exterminated in Birkenau Concentration Camp during WWII, I found the image compelling. It is a wholly different kind of strength than a barbarian or a warrior. Yet, I also found I didn't vote for it, not because it wasn't good. I didn't vote for it because it disturbed me and hit too close to home. I ran from it, to be honest. But that is what art is supposed to do. Shake you up. How is it fair to do a challenge on such a broad topic when there are so many kinds of strength? The game needs reworking.
