Aw, poor little alley cat! 😿 My girl, Tuulikki is black too. She was a half-wild stray and it took me maybe 5 months to tame her enough to rescue. By that time, she'd gotten herself knocked up and I ended up rescuing her with her roughly 4 week old kitten, also black like her. The kitten went to a good friend who fell in love with her but by that time, Tuulikki and I had formed a strong bond and she was staying with me. That was 13 years ago and she's now convinced she never was a mother. I'm her mother now.
