POV: Let It Pass

Not every emotion needs a story. Not every feeling deserves a reaction. Sometimes, the most powerful thing I can do is let it pass.

I’ve learned that pain comes dressed in thoughts— but those thoughts aren’t always truth. They’re echoes. They’re shadows. They’re temporary visitors.

If I attach a story to every ache, I build a prison out of moments meant to flow. But if I sit with it, breathe through it, and let it move without resistance— I rise.

Because emotions are waves. And I am the ocean. Still. Deep. Sovereign.

The higher perspective always comes. But only if I don’t chase the lower one.

So I let it pass. Not because I’m numb— but because I’m wise.
