I can only pray for her. I lived in Germany, of course, not England, but what I did was pretend to be my wife’s servant whenever anyone came by. I dressed the part, and over the years, we began to enjoy acting the part, just for fun. It may be dark, and it may be cramped, but in some places, it is best to stay in the closet, and know no love but your own, until one day you see a better world—and it may be Heaven.
