In short you could look at "The Living Tribunal" as the main angel of Marvel's "One Above All". I took some liberties on his character design here lol.

Existing across all realms of existence, he possesses the formidable capability to obliterate entire worlds if deemed necessary to maintain cosmic harmony. The character made his first appearance in Strange Tales #158, created by Jim Steranko.
