Remember Ji-ling, Dr. Shon-su's understudy? Here she is at the same convention.

She's a very pretty woman, plenty smart enough to stand in for her boss here and wears that suit nicely. But she just doesn't have the same command of the room Dr. Shon-su does. She's a little stiff, a little less confident, a little more forced with her motions. Her suit doesn't help her get into the flow, much less keep her there. She must train more, and her brain's cybernetic components need more time to take control of her.

Ji-ling does make every effort to mimic her boss's affections. As you see, she switched to the same bangs-and-bob haircut Dr. Shon-su had worn for so long, only for the boss to change it just for this convention.
