Mechanic: Byte patrols certain sections of the park, moving unpredictably. He is blind but highly sensitive to sound. If you move too quickly or make noise (such as stepping on debris or using a tool), he will immediately turn towards the source and rush forward. The only way to escape him is by standing completely still and holding your breath. If you fail, he grabs your head and tilts it playfully before violently twisting it.
Death Cutscene: The screen distorts with static as Byte looms over you. His voice glitches between cheerful and guttural as he whispers, "Shh... no more screaming... only smiling!" He then wrenches your head to the side with an audible crack before the screen cuts to black with a corrupted laugh.
