I took the prompt for this art from @DJBear (Superbear). He has an amazing art with the same title. Unfortunately, I couldn't fully execute it as planned because the word 'bikini' in my text was blocked by DALL·E-3 from Bing. (( I had to change the description. As a result, the girl ended up fully clothed. But I'm glad if you liked it.

Yes, I have the same issues with DALL-E 3 and it's over-zealous censorship.  The only way I was able to work around it was with my hybrid or were-creatures, that had non-human heads, and some animal textures / fur / skin colouration.
