Scythian god of war, its real name is lost but its called Scythian Ares or Scythian Mars for the similarities of the greco-roman god. Scythians had a ritual to him in wich involved human sacrifies, usually an enemy or war prisoner, also the ritual included swords altars and 8 severed arms of the prisoners wich i depicted here in a SFW version adding him extra arms.
