The once gentle waves turned into a ferocious tempest that swept the ocean across the ship’s deck.

“All hands on deck!” Dalton shouted just enough to be heard above the roars of the stormy sea. The team sprang into action, the anticipation of reaching the island now mixed with the urgency of beating the storm. As the ship rocked beneath them, the silhouette of the island loomed closer, promising adventure and mystery in equal measure. Rain poured down and all six adventurers left what they had been working on to help hull water that was gushing on board atop the deck. Dalton started barking orders while the others scrambled to carry out his commands swiftly and efficiently. They frantically worked together, pumping the bilge, patching up leaks, and bailing out the excess water.
