Just one of a handful of what are referred to as "False Sorcerers", she is still very powerful in terms of sheer arcane power. However, she was not born with this magic, nor was it gifted to her as the One God, Ymerah had intended. Her obsession with sorcerers as a whole led her to devise a way to take this magic for herself. Through the power of the Doom Cage storm that at the time surrounded the central landmass, the raw, angry magic which it contained, and four Theosite rods to be used as conductors, she was able to channel the strands of angry magic into her self, with the Theosite rods diluting the magic just enough so doing so didn't kill her.
Due to the fact that all this occurred atop a frigid mountain, her powers manifested in the form of ice, and snow.

The rest of Glacia's Story
The sheer power she absorbed pushed her to, and beyond ascendance, making her (at the time) the most powerful sorceress that ever lived. She pledged herself to her nation, Fafnia, and its glory. In pledging herself to her nation, and in being a False Sorcerer, the neighboring nation Doh'garus viewed her as a threat, and an abomination. They viewed her existence as a False Sorcerer as contrary to Ymerah's plan for sorcerers as a whole. A holy war between the Doh'garan church, and Fafnia broke out, and Glacia led the Fafnian side of the conflict. The war was quick, and bloody, as just by her own power, the Doh'garan order of Templars was all but wiped out.
The war she'd witnessed had frozen her heart, and left her cold and alone. She exiled herself to the Dragon's Teeth, never to return.

False Sorcerers are very few and far between, but they always make a lasting impact on the world around them. In the case of False Sorcerers, very rarely is that impact a positive one.
True Sorcerers are sorcerers chosen by Ymerah to wield the raw power of the arcane as a weapon against the sinful forces of the Aeturan. This makes it so Sorcerers are only ever present with great purpose. If ever someone becomes a Sorcerer when the need for one is short, then their becoming of a sorcerer will only bring conflict, as they will be weaponized by their homeland, and vilified by all other nations.
