I'd be more wont to linger and stay in the forest. I spent a lot of time when I was younger in the small woods on my family's 5 acres. Part of it that wasn't a yard, had our house on it or a huge vegetable garden was a field that had a lot of wildflowers  and the woods. It was cool and full of little mysteries to me. I love being in the woods even now.
