Heinrich is a genetically altered, passive cyborg. Metallic rods and plates are used to reinforce fractured bones. He had them surgically inserted into (and onto) healthy bones. Other implants protect his eyes, ears, and locations of potential hernias. His appendix was removed preemptively. His teeth were all replaced.
His genetic alterations were aimed at increasing his strength, durability, speed, senses, and healing rate.
Total side effects: He doesn't float in water. He has below average body fat / long term energy stores. He has a permanent fever.
