Even as they destribute the cure for the plague with healers the Spy has been betrayed by the people he got he the Blood Samples from. They simply didn't understand he was helping them. The local area is under the influence of the Order of the Cross. The same people who murdered Silvia's father and mother. The local troops tried to corner him in one of the Taverns but he was too quick for them and made a mad dash out mowing down everything in his path. Outside He managed to steal a horse and get out of town. His escape had already been planned in advance as it was always a possibility. But it was a close call.
