I've been working this one gang ever since they moved into town. Seemed like small potatoes at first, little did we know. They were already everywhere before we knew they existed.

I've been working this gang - calls itself the Consortium - for years. Got a real mean one calling the shots. Used to be a wrestler, and he's got the brains to match his brawn.

I finally get a warrant. I dress up nice to serve it. A pretty blonde lady - a damn secretary - lets me in. I find the guy totally sloshed. Laughs at my warrant. Says we're all idiots.

I walk back out and a goon leads me to another room. The blonde secretary is looking out over the city. She's looks out at the city, calm as anything.

I got it all wrong. This is the Big Boss, with a perfect view of Her City.

She smiles at me.

We're all dead.
