Created for an "Ice Queen" challenge. The person hosting the challenge advised us that we didn't need to make our character look like Elsa from Frozen. I took that to heart, and decided to have my Ice Queen be a Bantu woman, born and raised in Africa, who desperately wanted to find a good steady job where tropical heat wasn't a big problem. Wherever she is now, I'm pretty sure it isn't in the tropics.
