Sometimes I let myself get discouraged by anxiety, depression, work stress, and other challenges. However, I realize that I am very blessed. I have so much to be thankful for, and I am going to try harder to focus on that.

Anxiety and depression sure suck. 😕 This is great creation and a good reminder to find the good in the small things in life, as we try see the many good things in the small they all add up more and more and then eventually become the big good things. ☀️
We are blessed indeed... Life is tough no doubt...a change of perspective can be hard sometimes to obtain... It is so important to know that you aren't alone, to reach out in need and have a great support system. Great piece as always🙏💛
