Guttersnipe is known for her sly and disruptive antics. As a creature of chaos, she thrives in the shadows of the city's underbelly, where rules are bent and broken with a cackle. Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell, Guttersnipe gleefully deals 2 damage to each opponent. Her presence on the battlefield is as disruptive as it is inevitable, turning the simplest spells into tools of torment and mischief.
