Ruath Dremmu arrives at the smoldering ruins of The Dark Academy

Much of the academy had collapsed into rubble, but it's forward facade remained stubbornly standing. The sorcerer walked through the smoke in silence.

"No survivors, other than scattered blackguard. Those who brought us word of the assault and those we've rounded up have been executed for their failures, as you commanded, dread lady." The dark warrior Gund Haren stood with his hands resting on the hilt of his great sword.

Ruath Dremmu turned toward him, eyes burning a baleful yellow. "Phanavaom has chosen to serve Baratoum. Geis Gaulon was loyal to Belzaor. The dynamics of power are shifting, my friend. We must tread carefully."

She gestured at the smoke and figures appeared, memory shadows of Hyresu and the others. She focused on Listratha. "I sense something troubling about this one.. We must learn more. Go to Almecca, be my eyes."

Haren nodded and set off. She gazed back into the ruins, expression pensive.
