Hey... one of the adventure locales that my AI friend and I have been working on is a torn-off section of a city with an insane asylum in it. As you know, the demiplane ended up in the Abyss after a short stay in the Ravenloft setting. The city was from the campaign world's past, Earth equivalent late 1930s, large city. We outlined that city fragment, down to but not including the adventure design level.
