They normally cut around the natatorium building, but with the work on the sidewalk and street, they had been cutting through the building on their way to class. Today was no different, but they were early and to their surprise, the doors to the pool were actually open! She ducted inside discovering the deserted competition pool. She giggled and went to the edge stepping down onto the underwater ledge. "I want to!" She exclaimed, "I want to jump in!" Her friend shook her head, "we have to get to class! Are you crazy?" "We're a half hour early, I have time!" Doubting again her friend replied, " there's no way for you to dry off, you'll be soaked!" She didn't care, "I'm doing it!" was her only response. She stepped off the ledge and disappeared underwater surfacing a few moments later with a mischievous smile. "Gonna join me?" she called out.
