One last time...

She sat on the ledge near the edge of the pool, wishing that summer really wasn't coming to an end. It was the first weekend when it had really felt like fall, and she wasn't sure she was ready for the cold weather around the corner. She had spent the prior weekend at the pool, not knowing it was likely her last. The pool was still open, but for how long ahe wondered. If only I could enjoy this one last time. She was sure the water was still warm, and she thought for a moment about making today her last time in the pool for the year. Would anyone notice? Could she sneak back out and through the club to her car before anyone saw her? What if she got caught? Still she couldn't stop thinking about it as she sat on the ledge. One last time she thought.
