Crossroad of time 🌙🕰 - short story

My device detected an anomaly if the flow of time, the evil syndicate was trying again to modify something in the past, I have to stop them before they act. Calling out the power of the device, the world around me started to take different shape from present and past time until I arrive in the era of the anomaly. I spotted the evil guys trying to manipulate a farmer to sell his field to them, in the future the fields produce a large amount of food for everyone, I cannot let them controlling the future. I cast lightning on their time travel device which disintegrate them, I tie them up and bring them to the world 'court of time protectors' for attempt at changing the past for their greedy desire. My mission is done for today. Until the next time an issue arise.
