It was supposed to be Chell from the video game franchise "Portal", but I never got the resemblance terribly close,  I may have given up by this point. 

Anyway, as an experiment, I did this Creative Upscale of one of the concept art style images. 
 I have to say, it did a pretty amazing job in terms of being faithful to the original image but adding details and making the drawing look realistic.
