HOW did I KNOW the pizza was from you? Lol. I ranked #21 but I see you still managed to get 6th, so... well done! 😅🤣😂 Actually no, there were a few behind it, but I ranked it pretty low cuz pizza is one (generally speaking) of my least favorite foods. Haha.

I forgot to mention, the pinched seam side with semolina will be the bottom, it dries out while sitting there which aids in the sliding, so you flip it into the pizza peel and the side on the counter just dusted with flour is moist and will rise more.
