Pnewling (a Dr Seuss tribute)

In a town full of sounds, where the wind liked to play, There lived a young kitten who pnewled all day! He pnewled in morning, he pnewled at noon, He pnewled on Mondays, and pnewled in June!

With a twist and a turn, he'd pnewl through the air, Pnewling with flair, without any care! He pnewled on rooftops, he pnewled on chairs, He pnewled on sidewalks, and pnewled upstairs!

“What's pnewling?” you ask, as the kitten goes by, It’s a sound like a giggle, or a soft little sigh! It’s a purr with a pop, a whistle and squeak, A wiggly, wobbly, wonderful squeak!

So if you're out walking and you hear a small sound, It’s the pnewling young kitten who’s joyfully found, A new way to pnewl, and a new way to play, In a world full of wonder, where pnewling holds sway!
