Chocolate bars have been doing the shrinking thing here for years but I don't think anyone sued. Which is surprising now that I think of it because USA is a sue-happy country. I wouldn't be surprised if Germany wins, some law firm here jumped on the bandwagon. It would have to be a class action tho as most of the companies have done it. I didn't know Kraft Foods had become Mondelez International.
