Ever looked at food, and felt the dread of eating it? Eating disorders are everywhere. I have a friend who suffered from anorexia, she got the help she needed, but I realized it when it was at its extreme. If you ever see anyone who hasn't been eating or hesitates to put food in their mouth, PLEASE help them. Most don't even know they have an eating disorder until someone makes them aware. This is a thing, so please, if you see something, say something. That may be cliche, but it is really important. Thank you for reading. :) <3
