Here, a planetary engineer monitors a colossal mobile terraforming complex near the north pole. Thousands of these factories convert ice and regolith into oxygen, hydrogen, lithium, iron, silica, and other essential materials, and their internal bioreactors produce nitrogen, carbon, and other organic building blocks for life.
