I was reading your bio again. I started out on keypunch machines. After that it was "key to tape". Where we had individual machines to key, but all the info went to a machine where it was transferred to reel to reel tape. The young will never know what it was like! But my Father was a linotype machine operator. The words were keyed and sent out to be created into metal stamps. We have come a long way!
