Now, the issue is how to keep the vacuum cleaning vacuum cleaner clean without its own vacuum cleaning vacuum cleaner?
My electricity bill is off the charts.

Well that Vacu-Vac looks capable of cleaning itself too, plenty of hose there. You might even consider dumping the Hoover. Yeah I know, horrible, almost unthinkable idea, but let that sink in.
And next year's gift will be a washing machine to clean your washing machine...
