_Bea_ blinked, the world dissolving into a kaleidoscope of colors before coalescing into a grimy alleyway. The river, the fireflies, all gone. In their place, flickering neon signs and the stench of garbage. A figure scuttled across the mouth of the alley, a rabbit.

Lining up a shot, she unleashed "Luminous Strike." The energy blast ripped through the alleyway, catching the rabbit square in the back.

The rabbit crumpled to the ground, its costume dissolving to reveal... pale skin and tattered blue jeans.  The screen flashed a single, horrifying message: "Error: Celestial Mimicry Detected.  Penalty: System Upgrade."
