Though in service before the Inner Colony Fleet formed, the Icora was always considered a fleet vessel, and was in fact used as an example to argue for its formation in 3658. The colors, taken from Neera Bultvin's 5th Army Flying Corps, testified to the veterans who crewed it, maintaining a losing battle against independent colonists in the Tapzin Field who wanted nothing to do with Tapzin City. Though never destroyed, the Icora could not prevent the Tapzin Field from dividing into Tapzin City and assorted pirate clans over the next two decades.
