I was determined to respond to every comment, but there's so many now that the lag on my computer won't let me! Let me just say thank you to everyone for your kind words and support. I'm really happy with how this turned out and I'm staggered with the response. It was just a scene I imagined for one of the novels I'm working on, and you all have given me the extra boost of motivation needed to finish this book.
