By exciting and assigning minerals to the level of plant life and providing the plants with nourishment, He then bestows the refinement of animal life. Through assigning and nourishing animals, He elevates them to the level of human life, and by purifying and refining the smallest particles in the human body, He grants them a place in the most delicate and refined areas of the brain and heart. It is evident that the movements of the smallest particles are not without wisdom; rather, they are being guided towards a fitting degree of perfection."
