Chapter One: Anna cried. Her future, her life, her everything, seemed doomed. James, her fiance and the only one who loved her, was gone. Gone. She hid her face in her hands again and wept dreadfully.
Her father was a police officer, and he had died when she was six. Her mother had died two months later. She had been adopted by Dahlia and Gus Walker and they-well, they were- just doing it because they felt like they had to. So as soon as she could, she got a job and moved out.
She lay down on the grass, sobbing. The hope she had had, that happiness she had, just a month ago, at this same place, was long gone. And so was James.
Finally Anna forced herself to go home and eat. It was dinner time and she hadn't eaten a bite. She was too sad.
Chapters 2-3 will be in the comment section.

It's a touching and relatable story Abby each of us will know loss in our lives and have to find the strength to go on, to honor the memory of those we loved and lost by living our best lives. The picture perfectly conveys the sections in the comments.
Chapter 3: The November rain gently fell on Anna. She felt something different then what she had felt just a little bit earlier.
That pain that James had left, well, it was still there, but not as sharp, not as bad. She felt like the rain was healing her heart again, like life was worth living after all.
It had been two months since James had passed away.
The rain kept falling, like bandages for her broken heart. It felt so soothing.
For once, she knew James would not like her weeping like before. He wanted her to go on, like nothing had happened.
Anna took that example. James wanted her to be happy.
Everyday, Anna visited his grave om the way to work, making sure there were fresh flowers on it everytime.
Anna loved James dearly, and it was a awful event for her to have him pass away.
She missed him very much. She felt him being gone keenly.
She adopted a puppy which she named James to try to cheer her up.
She and the puppy went to his grave everyday.
The hurt of his being gone was sharp. He was her only friend, the only one. And so she really missed him.
Her broken heart was definitely broken.
She took the puppy to his grave an extra time that evening, because she knew there was a chance of showers, and the puppy needed to get some energy out.
She wept over his grave again. It was that terrible loneliness, that terrible feeling of being alone that Anna felt, and just the loss of James. She cried.
