Being fat does not inherently mean someone is unhealthy. Weight is only one small piece of the health puzzle. A person's well-being is better assessed through a holistic approach that considers physical, mental, and emotional health, rather than focusing solely on body size.

As a person with bipolar and pcos being fat is just a part of who I am. My bipolar medication, particularly my antipsychotics caused me to put on a lot of weight. I’d rather be me to and emotionally stable than skinny.
